The Hayloft is a recent (2021) stunning eco barn conversion in the popular village of Ludham in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. This ground floor apartment is full of character and in an ideal position to explore the surrounding countryside and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Norfolk coast. Miles of footpaths and bridleways start on your doorstep. The remains of St Benet's Abbey are one mile from your front door and the banks of the river Thurne half a mile. Perfect for two but sleeps four.

This romantic place to stay offers a history all its own. Hideaway in our old railway carriage. We have worked hard to convert this railway carriage to become a homely retreat. Sleeps two. Ideal to sleep, have some toast and tea and then go off and explore our beautiful surroundings of Norfolk. We have a mini fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave for light cooking. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Situated on a private estate with a central communal green that leads down to the beautiful beach. There’s a lovely patio areas with gates that open onto the huge green that is great to kick a ball around on or play a game of badminton! There are a couple of benches at the edge of the green that you can relax on and take in the beautiful views of the beach and sea!
