This home has been thoughtfully updated with new flooring, cabinets, beds, and fixtures, and stocked with premium linens, plush pillows, and spa-quality towels—comfort that outshines a hotel. The inviting front porch with rocking chairs sets the tone for peaceful mornings and relaxed evenings among the trees.

Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles off I-77, the Loft is a private second floor guesthouse overlooking Lake Norman. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.

This new craftsman style home with duplex apartment over the garage was built in 2020. The home boasts amazing big water view of Lake Norman. The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.
