The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Our property is located directly across from Lake Rousseau with a beautiful view of the lake. We are 12 min from downtown Dunnellon and downtown Crystal River. You can enjoy Rainbow River, Three Sisters & Hunter Springs with just a short drive . There is boat ramp access across the street with plenty of room for trailer parking on our property. Rainbow River is also accessible by boat from the property. Our brand new bungalow style home places you right in the middle of endless activities!

It is close to fishing, scalloping, ATV riding and all that Crystal river and Homosassa have to offer. A gulf access boat ramp is just a few miles away and the neighborhood and lot are beautiful and serene. It is far enough out of town to be very secluded yet close enough to everything to fully enjoy the area and any of the numerous festivities that take place in our wonderful area.

A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.
