We offer a comfy queen size bed, comfy roll away twin bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, walk-in closet, sitting area with couch and tv, private entrance with a private drive and parking area. You can also enjoy many extra features on the property, which include beautiful flower gardens and fountains.

Peaceful & Luxurious Suite

Our guest suite is close to Indpls--approx. 20 min from downtown. You’ll love our place because of the quiet & serene environment that's just outside of the city. We sit on an acreage close to the I70/Mt Comfort Road Exit making for quick access to and from the interstate. Our suite is in the front corner of our home. It has a private entrance with porch. It looks out into a garden that has a pond with fountain along with seating under a pergola. It has high ceilings and is very spacious.

Guests fail to read the entire listing so please do. Ruoff Music Center- 20 min, downtown-25 min, Convention center-30 min, Grand Park-30 min, Airport-40 min. Fishers Event Center-8 min. Apt has its own separate entrance w/keyless lock. Our place is good for couples/solo/business travelers/families w/small kids. WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS.

Welcome to lovely Noblesville Indiana! With family from Long Island, what could we do but go with a seaside theme? There's great amenities here - music, sports and racin'. Antiques in downtown Noblesville about a mile away. The house is 15 min from Ruoff Music Center (aka Deer Creek). It's about 45 min from downtown Indy, 20 min from Westfield Sports. The area is fairly quiet, with some traffic. My place is good for couples, adventurers, travelers, and families with kids.
