Big Family Apartment by Villa Commodore Ičići

The apartment is located in Ičići, 800 meters from the beach. It is fully equipped and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet) and another separate toilet. The apartment is ideal for 6 people, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Bedrooms have balconies, living room has a large terrace with a table, seating area and a view of the sea. In the garden, guests have access to a gas grill, a hot tub, a table tennis table, darts, etc.

Villa Lovran, nicely refurbished in 2017, is located near the old town of Lovran and Opatija, 200m from the beach and the famous Lungo Mare walkway. It offers a large heated pool with a shallow, sunbathing area, designer outdoor fireplace with comfortable seating, large fenced garden and all the modern amenities (such as Netflix). Our safe and quiet environment, the vicinity of shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. ensures that guests can have a car-free vacation and avoid the crowds!

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.

This charming studio apartment is located 1,7 km (15 minutes walk) from the main beach and the center of Icici. It is located in my family villa, with a beautiful green garden all around it. Equipped with all that's necessary for a pleasant vacation.
