Dýjaból is a 50 m2 summer house whith 2 bedrooms, in a peaceful area in Northern Iceland, about 3,5 hours drive from Reykjavik. There is a hot tub on the veranda and trees and bushes around the house. From Dýjaból there is less than 10 minutes to Sauðárkrókur, where you can find swimming pool, supermarket, wine store, bakery and restuarants. From Sauðárkrókur you can take a boat to Drangey, the home of the puffins. There is a one hours drive to Akureyri. A cosy place in peaceful surroundings.

Cozy, little and old cottage about 90min drive from Reykjavik and 30min from Borgarnes, close to the river Nordura. The view is magnificent. Svartagil is about 3 km from the main road nr. 1, on road nr. 528. It has two bedrooms, one with 1,60m bed and another with 1,20m. Bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Solvangur is a private fishing lodge built right next to the river Langá (e. long river), which is one of Icelands best salmon fishing rivers. You wake up and fall asleep the sound of running freshwater and jumping salmon. You can actually see the salmon jumping from the living room window. During the winter it is the perfect place to see the spectacular northern lights. It is a perfect getaway or base for your vacation where you experience the peacefulness of the Icelandic country side.

The cottages at Thurranes are 43 square meters. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sleeping loft that fits 2 adults. The house can accommodate 6 adults. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The house is equipped with a kitchen, where you find a little stove, a sink, a microwave and refrigerator. The living room has a couch and a small TV set. A small bathroom with a shower. Hot water, central heating but no WiFi A private hot tub, chairs and a gas BBQ are on the deck.

We built the house in 2022. Bjarg is a summerhouse in Bjarnarfjordur, 25 km from Hólmavík. Excellent location for travelling to North/South Strandir or Westfjords. The house stands by the river that runs down the valley. It is a quiet place an excellent place to see the northern lights. Swimming pool and geothermal hot tubs are located in Laugarhóll about 1 km from the house. Outside the house is a fire place, surrounded with trees. Good for quiet evening under the sky and aurora borealis.
