Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Zwiethouse ligt op Klein Landgoed (1 ha) naast Paleis Soestdijk en Kasteel Drakensteyn. Vanuit het boshuis (in privacy gelegen) prachtig uitzicht de natuur in ! Vele vogels, ook uilen, eekhoorntjes en je ziet geregeld reeen! Wandelen/fietsen (te huur) door de Baarnse bossen, bij Zwiethouse vuurtje stoken, naar de Soesterduinen, pannenkoeken eten in Lage Vuursche, met de fietsboot naar Spakenburg of winkelen in Amsterdam, Amersfoort of Utrecht. Ons knusse ‘LOFT’ is een vrijstaand, gezellig en compleet ingericht vakantiehuis van 44m2 op de Veluwe. Door het hoge plafond en de vele ramen is het licht en ruim met uitzicht over de weilanden/akkers. Er is een veranda en een lounge-plek. Deze plek is uitermate geschikt voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers.

Landelijk gelegen, rust, ruimte en alpaca's

In de guesthouse voel je meteen de ontspannen sfeer. Door het gebruik van natuurlijke materialen en het uitzicht op de tuin en de dieren kan je het platteland echt ervaren. Buiten kan je allerlei dieren tegenkomen, zoals een haas of een fazant. En natuurlijk de kippen en de alpaca's. Op de loungeset die je vanuit de guesthouse ziet, kan je heerlijk relaxen. Je loopt zo de wei in om de alpaca's van dichtbij te leren kennen.

In de weide

Dit kleine huisje is voor mensen die houden van natuur en het landelijk gebied. Leuk voor koppels en voor gezinnen met kinderen van 6-12 jaar. Ideale startplaats om te zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen en een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen met een boekje, bij Thermen Maarssen of te genieten van mooie luchten. Gelegen aan het centrale dorpsplein van het prachtige dorpje Ilpendam, staat ons grote huis met een modern en luxe ingerichte studio op de begane grond. Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.
