We're family-run guest house located in Dilijan. Our guesthouse name is Jermatun meaning a greenhouse as well as a warm house in Armenian. We started Jermatun with hope and intent to blend both culture and nature offering the best of Armenian hospitality, culture and nature of Dilijan. We're located on top of the hill close to the "Drunken Forest".

The house is newly renovated, located on Komitas Avenue, 4-5 minutes by car from the Opera house. Next to the house there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacy. The bus station is in 1 minute walk distance and the metro station is 5 minutes. It is a private studio, with separate entrance.
