A studio style space with private entrances. There’s a shared wall with main house renters & is under another space. Views of the intercostal waterway. Two mile drive to beach at Sunset Beach. This space has a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. A stand up shower in bathroom. There is cable TV, internet, and A/C. ATTENTION: Pier and yard are shared space if there are other renters. Use at your own risk! Boats maybe moored during use. DO NOT LEAVE BOATS OVERNIGHT!!!

This lakefront suite , only 30 miles to NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, provides beautiful views of the lake and nature. This location is peaceful, quiet and private. The lake is available for boating, fishing, kayaking and sunsets. The area has quiet streets with low traffic, so very nice for walks and biking. The property has pickleball net/paddles, a tennis backboard, basketball, bikes and star gazing from the terrace.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful Sunset Beach. This space is a lockout unit similar to an adjoining hotel room. The space is a bit dated but very clean and less than 2 miles from the Ocean. Located in Sea Trail neighborhood you have access to the pools, gym, tennis courts, library and other amenities. There is NO Kitchen just a fridge and microwave. This is not suitable to cook meals.
