My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

Maple Street Suite

The upstairs space is light and bright with huge windows and modern furniture. The master bedroom has a king size bed with wonderful gel mattress for comfy sleep. The 2nd bedroom a full size bed. A functional place that provides different common areas for your group but also provides personal cozy spots to enjoy reading your book, work or watch TV in private. There is no stove in the kitchen but an extra large convection oven, microwave, hotplace and air fryer, to satisfy your cooking needs.

Finger Lakes wine region is 40 minutes away, Letchworth State Park (the “Grand Canyon of the East”) is about an hour, Watkins Glen is 2 hours.

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.
