Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. There is one bathroom with shower and laundry. Ideal for a small family or two couples. Parking for 2 cars max.

The neighborhood is highly desirable for its tranquility and close proximity to the lake, with access to our private Chamberlands Beach/Pool/Tennis Courts that are just a very short walk away. The hot tub on the deck is a perfect location for star-gazing. Our permit is for a MAXIMUM of 8 people, incl children and infants. No visiting friends or pets are allowed. No RVs, trailers, or u-hauls allowed.
