Our lovely, warm, stylish, apartment is in Netherton village, just 3 miles from Holmfirth. It has a double bedroom with comfy double bed, an en-suite shower room, sitting room with TV/fast wi-fi, dining area and well equipped practical kitchen. It's self contained, has a private entrance and patio area with parking. Tastefully converted from outbuildings next to our farmhouse. The sunny outside patio area enjoys big views over the valley. Everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.

It is situated in Ryecroft, a hamlet of half a dozen or so houses, a little less than a mile above the centre of Holmfirth. Access is through the main house, so we share a staircase and hallway, but the flat itself is fully independent with a lockable entrance.
