The neighborhood is quiet, located within 2 miles of shopping and restaurants. This neighborhood has plentiful wildlife. Villa Capri is located on host’s lot. The yard and pool are shared by hosts. Bathroom for this room is in the hall. Washer/dryer are upstairs. Full kitchen, coffee pot, crockpot, mixer, toaster oven, spices, etc. with dishwasher. I live 3 miles and am available if needed. Half bath downstairs.
