Located in the heart of historic downtown Daytona, a few blocks away from the river, and only a short 4 minute drive to the beach, this is the perfect spot for your vacation. In addition to containing all of the amenities needed for a worry-free stay, the home also features several outdoor seating areas in a completely fenced-in yard; there are also several stores nearby.

**NOTICE** Due to hurricane damage, our pool deck is undergoing repairs. All amenities are temporarily closed, including our outdoor pools, indoor pool, hot tubs and the tiki bar. Beach access from our pool deck is closed, but beach access is available via the North Side Beach Access. Our covered parking garage is under repair, so out free guest parking is available on our south side parking lot during these repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

This funky private apartment is located in a cluster of historic homes less than 2 miles from the beach. With Daytona just 6 miles north and New Smyrna Beach 10 miles south, it gives easy access to all that the area offers. Enjoy a relaxed bohemian décor including tasteful nude art. Welcome to our "Need for Speed" Automotive & Motorcycle Themed Beach Studio, a newly remodeled Studio that is super clean & conveniently located directly on the World's Most Famous Beach in sunny Daytona Beach, Florida. We have beachfront pools & Main Street Pier views from our Kitchen window. Everything is within walking distance with many activities for children, families, couples, friends & solo travelers! All toiletries included in your stay! there is 1 parking spot.

Cozy condo on the beach

Daytona has been hit by hurricanes. The amenities on the resort are all closed. Therefore the pools, gym, tiki bar and restaurant are closed. We have adjusted the prices accordingly. The studio faces west and has a sunset city view. One queen bed and a full sleeper sofa bed. Clean and stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella and lots more! Very close to multiple restaurants and bars. This is a non-smoking resort, strictly enforced with a $250 fine.
