My home is in a quiet, safe, suburban neighborhood, approximately 20 minutes from Washington DC and 15 minutes from downtown Silver Spring. The closest Metro station is an 8 minute drive. It is a large two level ranch style home. Your bedroom and private bathroom will be on the main level where you enter the home. The kitchen, dining and living room reserved for guests is on the lower level which is above ground with a sliding glass door leading to the back patio. Driveway parking is available.

I'm pleased to share my latest design after a two year renovation project! This finished basement has been totally renovated and designed with lots of great amenities! It features secure parking, a private entrance, brand new kitchenette area and private bathroom, dedicated workspace, LOTS of windows for natural lighting, a blackout curtain in the bedroom, and the entire ceiling has been soundproofed! Relax and enjoy your time in Washington, DC from our studio in the Fort Totten Neighborhood. Our space is private with a entrance from the backyard. There is free street parking near the premises. 15 min drive from downtown DC and great restaurants. If taking public transportation, the house is a 15 min walk from the Fort Totten metro and a bus stop a 1 min walk away. Only a 5 mins walk from Giant grocery store and fast food options.
