The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

Ein schattiger Biergarten und 2 gute Pizzerien mit Außenbereich befinden sich ganz in der Nähe. Es gibt verschiedene Spielplätze (auch mit Wasser). Spielsachen für Kinder (Laufrad, kl. Fahrrad und Sandspielzeug) leihen wir gerne aus. Spaziergänge im Wald oder am Schiffahrt-Kanal entlang sind sehr entspannend.
