Recently done up to a high standard, it makes for the perfect base if you are exploring the village or visiting friends. The cabin has ensuite facilities and a king-size double bed. Underfloor heating keeps it cosy all year round and an outdoor eating area and firepit make it a great place to relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

Our little Shepherd's Hut

Set in an acre of private gardens of a Grade II listed cottage and located in a semi-rural lane on the outskirts of Bovingdon village, our beautifully furnished Shepherd's hut offers a cosy retreat with a large comfy bed, fitted kitchen complete with microwave, hob and small fridge and a modern fitted shower room/WC. A complimentary welcome pack awaits you complete with freshly laid eggs from our own chickens. There is secure parking for those guests travelling by car.

Lovingly built, my shepherd’s hut is wonderful for a short break away from it all. Located in the rural village of Stocking Pelham in Herts, the surrounding area is perfect for country walks or cycling. Nearby pubs offer great beer and fabulous dining. A short drive away you have various attractions including Henry Moore, Audley End, and the lovely old market town of Saffron Walden. Cambridge and Newmarket are not too far either.
