Comfortable downstairs apartment with queen bed, bathroom, fireplace, smart tv, desk & free parking on street. Apartment sized couch (non-sleeper). Surrounded by E. Nashville's favorite restaurants. Short Lyft/Uber to downtown, parks, airport. Walkway has 6+ stairs with handrail. Two steps into apartment. Note: Early or late check in has a $15 fee. If requested, the fee will be charged and we will change the cleaning schedule.
