90 mile paradise apartment is north facing (sunshine all day long) with magnificent views of 90 mile beach and the Tasman Ocean with only a 1 minute walk to the beach. You will fall asleep and wake up to the crashing sounds of weaves and smell of the ocean. In the kitchen you can cook your own meal, or use the BBQ outside and eat outdoors comfortably. A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Enjoy a wine on the veranda and watch the boats go by or take a swim at Opito bay- just 5 minutes away. Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and some of the best fishing NZ has to offer!

Treehouse in the Forest Canopy | Reclaimed Kauri

Like a magic carpet ride in the canopy of the forest. A 120 year old Kauri villa was about to be torn down. We rescued the French doors, sarking, weatherboards, windows, flooring and shower fittings, then used them to build a space nestled into the forest slope, so that with all sets of French doors open, you're not looking down at the canopy. You're living inside it. Everything has had a life before this place. You can feel it.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

Welcome to Studio Blak, a brand new self contained open planned space to kick back an unwind after a trip to Cape Reinga, a day at the beach or work away from home! Located in Ahipara, a small coastal town 15mins drive from Kaitaia. You’ll find us in a quiet, safe residential subdivision a 5min walk to the local cafe, fish n chips & dairy! A short 2 minute drive or 15min walk to the beach!

Waterfront historic Bakery cottage

Located on the shores of the tranquil Mangonui harbour with Doubtless Bay beaches very close by. She (the cottage) is cute and eclectic with spaces to sit, relax and enjoy the view and location. Its a short walk to Mangonui village shops and cafes. The covered courtyard at the rear of the property is private, furnished and with a Weber BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining.
