This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

Garden Studio 142- Peaceful hideaway, 1.8k to CBD

Come and relax in our sparkling clean studio located in our peaceful garden behind our home. It is 1.8km to the CBD/ocean - 3 mins by car or flat 20 min walk. Enjoy a screened private deck with outdoor furniture, comfy beds (a king or 2 singles) , 2 lounge chairs, a compact well-equipped kitchen- hot plate, microwave, BBQ (no oven), a cafe style dining table , a good sized TV, and a tiled modern bathroom. Off street parking & bike lockup. Free WIFI, no cleaning fee. No children under 10.

The Cottage, unique and tastefully decorated.

Whilst we cannot offer sea views we are only one street back from the beach so an easy walk if you wish to take a seaside stroll or bring along your surf casters. We also have the most beautiful cycle/walk tracks that will take you all the way to the city centre if you so wish. We are situated 10 from airport and 15 minutes to the city . We are also a very short stroll to the lovely crab farm winery. Plus snapper park camp ground is a short walk which offers eat in or take away meals.

Lulu’s is comprised of two renovated shipping containers. The bedroom container has been recently updated with oak flooring and a new colourway. We’ve also upgraded our cooking amenities and outdoor privacy screen. Enjoy the unparalleled views, soak up some sun, and watch our local kahu (hawk) glide by.

Enjoy the tiny home living experience in our Outskirt Escape, situated on a lifestyle property surrounded by fruit trees, garden, and lawns. Enjoy the serenity of rural living while still being 5 minutes from town. A couple of highlights include foraging in our home orchard, home baking on arrival, or for something a little more active, why not have a go on our pickleball court. Living in our bespoke tiny home will be a unique experience. You are bound to feel relaxed and at home here.

The Hutch - rural boutique accomodation

Our boutique style accommodation is on Endsleigh road which is 4km south of Havelock North. A 30 minute drive from Napier airport. Set in a rural farm setting The Hutch is a peaceful and quiet retreat close to town. Lie in a stunning outdoor private bath under twinkling stars, and experience the night time sounds of nature. The stand alone Hutch is 5m from our home in an established garden. There are Continental breakfast supplies for the first two mornings of your stay.

Studio in Tuki Tuki valley

A beautiful little studio in the magical Tuki Tuki valley. Incredibly peaceful and in a very scenic location looking over a small vineyard to the river. Handy to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A perfect location from which to enjoy Hawke’s Bay events. The studio has a small kitchenette but no cooking facilities. Bbq available. Perfect for short stays. A short drive to the cycle ways, wineries, trout fishing and beaches.

Jervois Cottage

To the rear of our family home is Jervois Cottage, a fully self-contained one bedroom unit, fully insulated, double glazed and heatpump. Toiletries, tea, coffee and towels are provided. Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.
