Located in a rural stock farm setting, there is plenty of space to park a car/horse trailer and paddock space with washdown yards for horses. Only 12 minutes from Taupo CBD. The garden area is fully fenced (including the orchard) so dogs are welcome on request.

Bluff Hill Historic Villa B n B

Situated on the sunny side of the hill "The Large House" is one of the oldest homes in Napier. Built in the 1880's it has grand rooms, ornate fireplaces, high ceilings, spacious balconies and is surrounded by a wild organic garden which is very secluded. A 10 minute steep walk to Marine Parade, central Napier and its many restaurants. We provide breakfast in the conservatory. Relax on the sun dappled balcony and experience sea views and birdsong whilst surrounded by large mature trees.

Enjoy the quiet country feel, close to town. Listen to and watch all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is a new kitchenette, shower, vanity and toilet.
