You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

This 1-bathroom studio comes with all the comforts of home (plus a little extra) to make sure you can make the most of your time. When it comes to outdoor activities, the possibilities are endless! Spend time on the water, hike PNW trails, or simply pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy the view from the comfort of the hot tub. At the end of the day, cozy up around the fire pit, or watch a movie on the couch.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

A stay at the River's Edge is an updated walk out PRIVATE (no shared space) daylight basement apt with your own side yard and view of the beautiful Spokane river and mountains. Space has a private entrance, large living space and an over sized bedroom with a king bed. You also have your own laundry area with a small full kitchenette and own private bathroom. We are located 15 minutes from Cd'A, 15 minutes from Spokane Valley, 10 minutes to Q'emiln Park and close to the Centennial Trail.

A private location on our property. The guesthouse is detached from our estate on five acres. Larger than a hotel room and much more nicely furnished. For those traveling through the area, we are five minutes north of interstate 90 on the Idaho Washington border. Lots of wildlife including our puppy. This is a very private setting with tons of trees. The deck is the perfect place to start and end your day. Your own private parking space and private entrance. Perfect romantic getaway!

Our modern little ranch is located on 8 close in acres on a scenic well-maintained road where it is common to see elk, deer, turkey and even moose! It is an ideal location for a serene getaway or business travel but not suitable for parties. Very easy access to lake Coeur d'Alene and downtown area.
