Located a couple-minute walk to a semi-private sandy beach, you can swim in the crystal clear, shallow water of the St. Clair River’s South Channel while watching freighters pass by. Enjoy fishing or watching sunsets from our North Channel dock or one of the several DNR access points throughout the island.

This is a double lot on the water with an updated kitchen, living room, and flooring. An 85" inch TV with LED lighting behind it creates a theatre like atmosphere at night coupled with the sound bar. Great for entertaining a family or having a party. You can fish right off the dock and also enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises! This is a gem on Harsen's Island!

If fishing isn’t your thing, enjoy the Metro Park right next door or kayak down the quiet canal to the lake for a peaceful afternoon. The property is a lower unit located on a canal with all the amenities you need. The kitchen comes with everything to prepare meals, Keurig coffee pot, dishwasher, cover porch over looking canal, BBQ, fire pit and place to dock 10 to 20ft boat. It’s within walking distance to local establishments and Algonac State Park. There is great fishing, boating and other activities in the area. It’s within seconds to St. Clair River, Harsens Island and Lake St. Clair.
