On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy. Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.

The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Centrally located home in Murtoa, across the road from Lake Marma which every bedroom has views of. Directly across the road is the Murtoa caravan park, and the local sporting club which includes a Netball court, and a football/cricket oval aswell as a playground. A perfect location to bring the family and keep the kids entertained for hours. Lake Marma also offers a boat ramp for recreational use such as water skiing or fishing.

Swampgum Rise Halls Gap

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. Swampgum Rise is suitable for singles, couples, families and groups. It is convenient to Halls Gap village restaurants and bars as well as close to many of the hiking trails. The house is showing its age a little (built in late 1970s), but it is cosy and homely. Special discount applies for more-than-one-nighters.
