In a small, romantic town called ABTENAU (part /fraction of it named "Radochsberg" -about 7km from town and about 50km from the city of Salzburg) you find our lovely and well furnished house - APARTMENTHAUS VERGISSMEINNICHT with 2 APARTMENTS in total- recommended with three Edelweiss - (we can host 9 people in total) invites you to relax and well-being. Enjoy the great view out of your window or on your balcony within a beautiful mountain view in the middle of green fields and the mountains - away from the hectic and stress of everyday´s life. We, your hosts live in the same house. SECOND FLOOR - no elevator!!! The offered Apartment is perfect for two to four people - families, couples and is equipped with a cable LED-TV, a radio, DVD, WLAN, Safe and a balcony- of course you can also share our garden with the other guests. All our Apartments are non-smoker-Apartments. This Apartment is also furnished with a fully equipped kitchen including all electric appliancies and utensils you´d need for cooking (also a kettle, capsule-coffee- and filter machine, toaster, dishwasher and microwave), two separate bedrooms (one double room and one room with a bunk bed - connected), a living-dining room and a bathroom with shower, wash basin and a separate toilet. Cozy ambience and equipment and personal service are a must for us. Shortly you´re in the famous city of Salzburg or in Hallstatt, or the nearby lakes of our region - we will assist you with our tipps. Hiking and relaxing - both is possible in our landy, cozy town. And children are always and everywhere welcome - there are a lot of offers for children in our region. In summer and winter threre are a lot of possibilities for excursions for young and old (we recommend the SalzburgLandCard). And when the weather isn´t good, you can relax at the Spa´s nearby - for example at the Aqua Salza in Golling,Therme Amadé Altenmarkt, Gastein etc.). The next ski areas are Abtenau (Karkogel- in summer you can also go tobbogan-sliding and there´s a 18-hole minigolf and a fun park for children) and Rußbach (Lammertal Dachstein West) - they are just 7km (8-10 min by car) away from our house. We have prepared/made a photobook with the best excursion-tipps for you, because there are so many things to do in our area. Our philosophy is that our guests should feel good - well beeing is very important for us an we want to bring the beauty of our nature and our region near to you. The house is now rented in the third generation and it never stands still - it´s a mix of old and new, modern und comfortable - like we are! We have two children too and therefore we´re very happy to welcome families with children and see their lightended eyes. Additional costs/information: Linen, towels and dishes are included in the daily rate. There´s just to pay the tourism-tax of actually € 2.50 per adult (up to 15 years) and € 70.00 once for the final cleaning. Our nice, big and beautiful garden invites to spend a nice day/evening and the children can have a lot of fun - threre´s a playground, a barbecue-place and a hat to sit in and spend a funny evening. You can also relax in the sun. Free Parking place in front of our house. Pets/laundry on request - to pay. On request we offer you fresh rolls every morning - we don´t offer breakfast or anything else - self service. In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place. The next supermarkets, restaurants, shops etc. are in the center of Abtenau. Please take care about the opening hours (Sunday is closed) - and you need a parking clock - watch out for the blue zone - parking is allowed just for 90minutes - we can borrow you such a clock or you get it too at the local tourism-office. The supermarkets are closed at the evenings and on Sundays/special days off. You get nearly everything in Abtenau, what you need for a great holiday - just for the weather and the fun you´re responsible for yourself and we cannot guarantee :.). This large room extends over 29 sqm and is elegantly designed to inspire guests. The room has a grandiose view of Ivy's gardens at the base of the picturesque Untersberg. The accomodation is furnished with a double bed and a small wardrobe, and fits up to two (2) people. Some of the rooms include a free-standing bathtub and a bathroom with a shower, while other rooms include a modern bathroom with a rainforest shower. It's an undoubtedly perfect retreat after a memorable day in Salzburg.

Das 1-Personen Apartment befindet sich 10 km südlich der Stadt Salzburg und liegt an der Straße nach Hallein, neben dem "Das Au-Gut". Ein Gratis-PKW-Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Die Bushaltestelle ist 20 m entfernt. Mit der MobilityCard fährst du im SalzburgerLand kostenlos mit Bus und Bahn. Die Wohnung ist bequem im Erdgeschoß und besitzt einen eigenen Eingang. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Alleinreisende und Geschäftsreisende.

Das Loft-Apartment de luxe ist komplett in Holzbauweise errichtet, hochwertig ausgestattet. Es liegt zwischen Salzburg und Hallein, mit Ausblick auf Wiesen und Wälder. Über den eigenen Eingang kommst du in die komplett eingerichtete Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer und Balkon. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich die Schlafgalerie mit einem Doppelbett, einem Einzelbett, und einem Schlafsofa. W-Lan ist gratis. Tiere sind nicht erlaubt.
