Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. This is a downstairs suite with plenty of headroom, unless you are extremely tall. Floor to ceiling is 6ft 9 3/4 inches. where a supporting beam crosses the ceiling where the headroom is 6ft 2"

Cozy Studio Suite

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally located studio. The suite is a block away from the Gorge inlet and located close to bus routes heading in all directions. With it's own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette, the suite is on the ground floor and secluded from the rest of the house. The George inlet is one block away and makes for a lovely walk any time of day. We are a family with a 5 year old on the 2nd floor! While the sound transfer isn't bad, it's something to keep in mind ;)

We're on a quiet bike route, a quick walk to downtown, parks, and most everything else. We've blended grand Victorian charm with modern comforts, safety, and some fun eclectic details. Our three private guest suites are accessed from a common library, landing, stairwell, and foyer. You will most likely meet other guests and us in these common areas.

The Sea Nest - Your Ocean Retreat

The Sea Nest - A welcoming oasis for all is located within Colwood, part of Greater Victoria. (Provincial Registration # H420984100. Municipal Licence # 5533.) A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

Plenty of walking/biking paths near by including the Galloping Goose, the trestle, and the EN trail. The location is just amazing for exploring. Loaner bikes available with helmet and lock. There is a beautiful, custom built sauna with attached shower and washroom that you are welcome to use whenever you’d like.
