One bedroom with king size bed and on-suite bath, kitchen area with island, desk and living area with fireplace. Pullout couch allows for second sleeping area (no blinds if using pullout). Deck is equipped with furniture and BBQ. Hot tub & paddle boards are available for your use. Parking for one car. Shared yard.

Herring Cove has much to offer with its hiking, sight seeing, simply sitting at the dock, or visiting our popular Pavia Cafe. It is a 15 minute drive to Downtown. The house is 1300 ft2. There is a heat pump for heating and cooling, the woodstove is not for guest use.
