This rustic cabin is fully furnished and has shared beachfront with a private deck facing the water. Picnic tables, firepits, a charcoal grill and beach furniture help round out your quintessential Up North experience here in Oscoda.

A 1940's cottage right in the heart of quaint downtown East Tawas. East Tawas is located on Michigan’s Sunrise Side. The area is well known for its sparkling turquoise waters and clean public sandy beaches. Just two blocks to Newman St and you can enjoy local shopping and dining or the ice cream and chocolate shops, and the 1935 historic movie theater. Bring your boat and enjoy Lake Huron or catch some fish for dinner. Kayaks and canoes can be put in at various spots along the Au Sable River.

It's only 1 mile from South Higgins Lake State Park and Marl Lake, which are the best places around for swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, and canoeing. It's a 12 min drive to Roscommon and a 20 min drive to Houghten Lake, where you can find anything you need or want, including more beaches and water sports.
