All modern appliances exist including built in wine cooler, fresh bean coffee machine. The kitchen has a retractable glass roof. The double rooms are absolutely beautiful (as per the pictures). The rooms have their own built in large wardrobes and terraces and two come with an ensuite. The master bathroom has a bath and shower and two sinks.

Situated on the border of Alexandra Palace Park with direct access through the rear gate. The listing is for the top Superking room, which has a large shower with a steam room next door. You will have the whole house but we lock off the master bedroom and our son’s room. (We will not be there). There is a large kitchen / dinner which opens out onto the patio, a comfortable living room with reclining sofa and TV. On the 1 st floor there is a a Japanese bathroom. A truly unique location in London.
