This is a quiet neighborhood with NOT a lot of traffic. It is very unique, considering how many businesses of interest are nearby. These are all within 1-3 miles, either by main streets or the turnpike... I have nice neighbors who look out for each other. There are absolutely no parties to be thrown on this property.
