The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Unsere Scheune de Lütt bietet einem Pärchen oder einer kleinen Familie genügend Platz um zu jeder Jahreszeit ein paar entspannte Tage auf dem Land zu verbringen. Direkt hinter der Scheune lädt ein großer Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill und Feuerstelle sowie Klettergerüst, Schaukel und Sandkasten zum verweilen ein. Die Wohnung hat ca. 45qm, 2 schöne, helle, separate Zimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, ein kleines Duschbad und eine kleine Küche im Eingangsbereich. Auf unserem Hof befindet sich noch eine weitere Ferienwohnung und zwei Ferienzimmer.

Im Naturschutzgebiet gelegene Ferienwohnung

In einer ehemaligen Feldsteinscheune, ca. 5km von Templin entfernt, in einem Natursschutzgebiet. Umgeben ist das separat stehende Haus von Wildgehegen, Wiesen, Wäldern und Seen. Herrliche Spaziergänge, Kanutouren, Fahrradtouren sowie Rollerbladetouren sind von hier aus möglich. Kaminfeuer an kalten Winterabenden. Langeweile gibt es hier nie.
