Little Buckland Cottage

Nestled in the Devon countryside, very rural, with narrow lanes. 15 minutes from the delights of RHS Rosemoor and within easy reach of beaches, Dartmoor and a little further along is Exmoor. Fishing on the river Torridge is close by and the Tarka Trail for keen cyclists is within an easy bike ride. The cottage (adjacent to our house) overlooks our fields and woodland. Keen amateur mycologists will be in heaven at this time of year. Our woodland is teeming with fungi! Come and explore!!

Swallow View, Umberleigh, North Devon

Beautiful guest house just outside Umberleigh in North Devon, in the heart of the Taw Valley. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. The accommodation can be found nestled in the garden of the old village school with lovely views of the river and woods beyond. The compact accommodation is designed to make the most of the surrounding scenery. The Garden Room is but a stones throw from the Tarka Trail which provides over 70 miles of traffic-free cycling or walking. The North Devon coast and it’s beaches are a short drive away.

A Beautiful house in the small historic town of Great Torrington, local shops, swimming pool, Museum and arts centre all on the doorstep. The town is nestled on a hill with 360 degree views of the countryside. A great base to explore North Devon’s beaches, rugged Moors and breath-taking countryside. The market town is in my opinion a gem, full of friendly people. The house is a wonderful place to gather with family and friends, don't take my word for it read all the 5 star reviews!

The Barn at Port Farm

The Barn at Port Farm is a unique and generous studio space. Originally a threshing barn, but recently converted by the owners into a modern space which respectfully retains the character and proportions of the original barn. The eclectic mix of quirky, vintage objects and art give the Barn its unique character. A perfect hideaway for couples looking for something a little out of the ordinary.

Blackbird barn is set in rolling Devon countryside within easy reach of Great Torrington, Bideford and Barnstaple. Situated within our grounds the barn is self contained and separate from the main house. The accommodation includes a comfortable and cosy sitting room with dining area, a well equipped kitchen, a downstairs bathroom and a double bedroom upstairs.
