Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

The house provides plenty of natural light, with a sliding glass door that leads you out to the large balcony overlooking the Little Sugar trail. Be connected to over 200 miles of world-class bike trails, 7 golf courses and 7 lakes with Lake Avalon being just a short .7 mile hike down the trail behind the house!

Ideal for two, a hide-a-bed sofa accommodates two more. We're low tech, no wifi, cell service is good. We also have over the air digital TV.
