This wonderful modern apartment is situated on the union canal and right next to Linlithgow golf course. Less than 15 minute walk to both Linlithgow Palace and train station via a stunning canal stroll. Public swimming pool only 5 minute walk away. Golf course 2 minutes away. There is an open plan living space with a sitting area and double sofa bed, Smart TV, kitchen and dining table for four. There is a separate double bedroom and bathroom with full modern bath and shower area. Parking is on a private driveway with ample space for multiple cars. Great central base.

A preserved secret with a Palace & gardens, ancient abbey and famous Study and many 16th & 17th century properties lining the cobble streets used extensively in Outlander. There are fantastic walks on the door step along the front of the river or up into the woods and Devilla forest (passing the 16th grave yard) Culross is the start of the St Andrews Pilgrim Way.

The guest house is ideally located in Central Scotland with motorway access to all areas North, South, East and West 5 minutes drive from the location. The railway station at Falkirk High with a journey time of 20 minutes to both Glasgow and Edinburgh is a 10 minute drive.
