Welcome to my beautifully redone home! Both bathrooms have been completely redone and now boast polished floors and tiled showers. Every light fixture and fan in the house was upgraded. The kitchen got a wonderful facelift with new quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. The back yard boasts a brand new Weber grill! Come enjoy a fire in the firepit and roast marshmallows with the firewood provided and all of the gear! You are just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the beach!

Frank Lloyd Wright's The Meyer House

Seize this opportunity to stay in a Frank Lloyd Wright treasure! Mahogany accents have been meticulously restored, and the gardens are in full bloom throughout the season. Awarded the Seth Peterson Cottage Conservancy's 2019 Visser Award for Outstanding Restoration of a FLW House and the 2021 Wright Spirit Award in the private category. Garage- Park your car for the week - walk everywhere. 10 min walk to Grand Haven State Park or Trolley will pick you up. Relax in the hot tub. Soak up the sun on large front deck. shady private fenced-in yard. Enjoy fresh air on one of 4 decks. We do not allow pets.

Come enjoy all Grand Haven has to offer! Located on a quiet street near downtown you can walk to the waterfront and down to the beach, farmers market, downtown and so much more! Need more room for your group - we also own Ruth's Retreat which is just around the corner and 2 houses down! Like most homes in this part of town - this house is over 100 years old! We love the character and stories these old houses hold - but please note that also means some steep stairs to the second floor.
