El alojamiento se inauguró en mayo de 2016, después de una completa rehabilitación que conjuga la recuperación de los elementos originales con un mobiliario reciclado con toques de diseño catalán. Estamos en la "Vila de Gràcia", un barrio de tradición obrera, que fue un pueblo independiente hasta 1897. A pesar de que se ha convertido en un lugar "trendy" ,con numerosas tiendas de diseño y que atrae al turismo, tiene aún un profundo carácter local y sus habitantes se sienten muy orgullosos de ser "graciencs". Sus plazas son el elemento arquitectónico mas distintivo del barrio. Muy bien comunicado por la línea 3 del Metro (Lesseps) y numerosos autobuses, el apartamento permite ir a pié tanto al centro de la ciudad : Passeig de Gràcia o Plaça Catalunya, como al Parc Güell. - Una terraza de 30 m2. con mesa de mármol , 2 sillones y 2 sillas para desayunar, cenar o tomas una copa de vino en el exterior. - Una cocina bien equipada con todos los elementos e ingredientes para organizar una cena, comida o desayuno : cafetera Nespresso, cafetera italiana, hervidor eléctrico Bodum; azúcar y café de "comercio justo", aceite de oliva "extra virgen" , vinagre de Módena, sal y pimienta orgánica Cuenta con una barra y taburetes para tentempiés invernales o rápidos para dos. - Sala de estar comedor con sofá, mesa y 4 sillas; aparador vintage con vajilla antigua de porcelana, copas de vino, manteles de hilo y juego de te para disfrutar de algún momento de refinamiento. Además de una completa colección de guías de arquitectura e información turística sobre Barcelona y sobre el barrio de Gràcia: mercados, tiendas de vinos, gastronomía, restaurantes y lugares de ocio. - Una habitación principal con cama de matrimonio de 1,50 , con salida y visión del patio de entrada - Una segunda habitación que, a petición de los huéspedes, puede organizarse como 2 camas individuales o una cama de matrimonio de 1,60. - Un baño con ducha, provisto de toallas extra-grandes y jabones de cosmética natural con aceite de oliva. - Lavadora y secadora en un cuarto independiente en el patio, además de un trastero apto para guardar maletas grandes. El desayuno lo preparan los mismos huéspedes con los productos que encontraran a su llegada , suficientes para los días de su estancia: café, tes e infusiones, iougures, mantequilla , mermelada , müesly y tostadas - Wifi inalámbrico en toda la casa y televisión. La anfitriones están disponibles permanentemente por teléfono, email y (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) , además viven en el mismo barrio. HORARIO ENTRADA - SALIDA: La hora de entrada habitual es ( 3 a 8.00 p.m.) Se recomienda avisar por mail con antelación del n. de vuelo y hora aproximada de llegada Para llegadas excepcionales posteriores ( 8.00 - 12 p.m.), bajo comunicación previa, se aplicará una tarifa suplementaria de 30 euros . La hora de SALIDA es antes de las 12.00 del mediodía. Para asegurar un buen servicio y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones, se cargará una fianza de 300 euros TRANSPORTE: Es posible pedir con antelación a los anfitriones un taxi personalizado de recogida o salida al aeropuerto por el importe que marque el taxímetro, habitualmente unos 35 euros) y sin cargos adicionales. La parada de Metro de Lesseps ( línea III), cercana al apartamento, enlaza con el aeropuerto ( tarifa especial de 4,5 euros y trayecto de 45 minutos) Margot, u otro miembro de su familia, recibirá habitualmente a los huéspedes y les explicara el funcionamiento de la casa; resolverá sus dudas y - si lo desean - les hará sugerencias y les orientará para que su estancia en Barcelona sea lo más interesante posible. Servicios complementarios con cargo: Margot también puede organizar rutas arquitectónicas (Modernismo, arquitectura moderna y contemporánea) en Barcelona y itinerarios gastronómicos o enológicos (Priorat, Empordà) por Catalunya . We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most emblematic street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. Guests have access to the entire studio. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. Newly renovated industrial vintage apartment ideally located in the Eixample Derecha district also known as the "Golden Triangle" of Barcelona, on a 5 min’ walking distance from Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Famila with fancy bars, restaurants & shops. Decorated with original vintage furniture and pieces of art. The apartment has been recently renovated (April 2014) and we were keen in maintaining all the original details of 1930 like the high brick vaulted ceilings and typical Barcelona tile floors. We decorated it putting all our love and dedication into it. The apartment has original vintage furniture from all over Europe (mainly from the late fifties) and art pieces from local and international artists. The neighborhood has plenty of " chic" or more local restaurants, fancy bars and grocery stores. The location is a must as it is 5 min walk from the famous Gaudi House "La Pedrera (Casa Mila)" and Passeig the Gracia with all its luxury stores. The Sagrada Familia is 4 blocks away and can be easily reached by foot. The apartment has been used by several production houses to shoot commercials. The apartment has a touristic license which is mandatory in Catalonia (H UTB 008138). Hallway (5M2) A large living and dining room (35 M2); A large double bedroom (20 M2); One bathroom (13 M2). We commit to reply to our guests within the hour. We wish to show our guests the very best and authentic Barcelona has to offer. That is why we made a little guide with our favorite places to visit and to go out for dinner and drinks in order for you to experience Barcelona the way we do after having lived here for several years. The home is set in the Eixample Derecha, also known as the Golden Triangle of Barcelona, famous for its 19th century Modernist buildings. This cosy and relaxed neighbourhood is filled with covered markets, grocery shops, restaurants, and bars. The nearest Metro is Verdaguer (yellow line) at the end of the street (2 min walk) and brings you directly to all the interesting places e.g old town, beach ... The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you may need to cook. It has also a build in extra large washing machine. The apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Luxury linen and towels are provided including organic bathing products (i.e. moisturizing shampoo, moisturizing shower gel, body lotion, facial cleanser, and soap). Baby chairs and baby beds can be provided upon request. A cleaning and cooking service can be offered during your stay as well as a taxi service to and from the airport. Public parking is available in front of the apartment (outside) and free depending of the area and timing. Private parking (covered with guard and 24 accessible) is available at a special rate of 15 Euros a day.

We've got you cover! :) We are right in the heart of the chic L'Exaple distric, whose beautifully planned architecture is world famous. Just outside the old city, Dreta de L'Example's leafy boulevards are home to Gaudi stunners like Casa Battlo and Casa Mila (La Pedrera). Hight-end shopping on the ritzy Passeig de Gracia is just a few blocks away, with Plaza Catalunya and the famous Ramblas located less than 15 minutes walk from our building. The apartment is in a prime central location, where you can walk to most of the important points of Barcelona. Sagrada familia 15 minutes walk, as well as plaza Catalunya, Ramblas, and the old town distric. Passeig de Gracia famous avenue is just 5 minutes walk. The nearest metro stations, just 2 block away, are the L-4 Yellow Line, Girona stop, and the L-5 Blue Line, Verdaguer stop. The L-4 will take you to the beach, 3 stops away, while the L-5 will get you to Sants, the main Rail Station, 4 stops away. From the airport, a taxi will take 40 minutes and cost around 40€, or you can take the Airport Shuttle Bus ( 30/35 minutes and 5,50€) to Plaza Catalunya, which is a short-15 minute walk from our building. -City tax is not included on the price. You have to pay it cash or credit card at the check in: 2.48€/person/night. Kids under 12 years old do not pay. -Check-in time is at 15:00hs but we always try to adapt to our guests if we don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. One of us will be waiting for you in the flat at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. There is no 24 hours reception so it's very important for us to know your exact arrival time and your flight number. There is an extra charge for late check-in: from 21:00hs to 23:00hs: 30€, after 23:00hs: 50€ to be paid when you arrive to the apartment. -Check-out time is at 11:00hs.
