*NATUR PUR* Waldhäuschen am Gehöft im Grünen

Wir bieten hier unser "Häuschen" an! Es befindet sich direkt am Waldrand hinter unserem Wohnhaus und ist Teil eines alten Mühlhofes mitten im Wald! Zum nächsten Nachbarn sind wir 1 Kilometer entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in 6 Kilometer Entfernung. Es handelt sich hierbei um keine Luxusherberge, doch wer absolute Ruhe und ein Wanderparadies inmitten der schönsten Natur sucht, ist bei uns genau richtig! In der kalten Jahreszeit MUSS zusätzlich mit dem Kamin geheizt werden!

Kleines zweistöckiges Ferienhäuschen. Im Erdgeschoss Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Über eine Aussentreppe ist die Wohnung im ersten Stock zu erreichen. Sie ist aufgeteilt in einen Wohn- Essbereich mit kleiner Küchenzeile und ein Bad mit großzügiger Dusche. Zum Schlafen begibt man sich über die Innentreppe auf eine offene Empore, wo ein 1,60 m breites Bett auf Sie wartet. Falls Sie mit vier Personen kommen, kann die Couch noch zu einem vollwertigen Doppelbett ausgeklappt werden.

The hiking trail 'Kasteler Felsenpfad' starts almost at the doorstep. Good gastronomy in easy reach? Restaurant St.Erasmus in TRASSEM (ca. 4 km).

Unser außergewöhnliches Tiny house liegt auf einem großen Grundstück mit altem Baumbestand und bietet einen wunderschönem Panoramablick auf die umgebende Natur. Unser Tiny house hat ein Bad mit freistehender Badewanne vor einem Panoramafenster, eine über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbare Schlafebene, eine vollausgestattete Küche und eine Sauna in einem separaten Gebäude. Im Außenbereich bieten wir eine Holzterrasse mit Pergola, eine Außendusche und einen 1700qm großenGarten.

Aan de rand van een klein dorpje in de Eifel, met vrij uitzicht over het agrarische heuvellandschap met bossen. Onderkomen is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
