Large, sun-filled loft in the heart of industrial Gowanus. The sleeping/living area is spacious and sleeps up to four people, with one queen bed, one futon that pulls out to a double bed, tall ceilings, desk, reading lamps, kitchen table, ample counter space for cooking, and laundry. I also have one double air mattress - available upon request. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. This space is compliant with all local regulations. I live here with my family. My place is within walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge Park, which gives you a lovely skyline view of Manhattan. Ferries are available there for visits to Williamsburg and Governor's Island. Additionally, popular eateries such as Frankies 457, Lucalli, Buttermilk Channel and Lucali are all within walking distance. You’ll love my place because of the location, modern design and convenience of being 2 blocks away from mass transit (F ,G Trains).
