Our beautiful space is clean and new. It has central heat and central air. It includes a large bathroom and an open kitchen concept. Our apartment is a three bedroom apartment in Sunset Park ( Industry City and Greenwood) it is three blocks from the train station and two stops away from Manhattan on the N and D trains. The room has lots of light, and it is cozy. The room is furnished and includes a closet, chair, a nightstand, artwork and a rug. We clean and tidy the room daily. We have cats.

Welcome to our cozy bedroom on the second floor of a Brooklyn yellow townhouse next to Industry City at 36th St Express Subway Station. One stop to Atlantic-Barclay's Center and about 35 minutes from Times Square. The space is shared with other guests. I live in the building as well. The cleaning lady is on-site every other day. My children and other family members stay in this room when they visit me for the holidays. I live upstairs in the same apartment which is a duplex. You have access to the rest of the house and we may cross paths going up and down the stairs but thanks to the layout we both have our privacy and you can access your room directly from the hallway.
