Welcome to Lesmurdie-Perth Hills. 🎴 Our Guest house is located at a quiet culdesac road, 25’ from Perth City Center. Within a short walk, you´ll reach a bus stop, the local IGA, bottle shop & restaurants/take away. The unit is separate to the main house with a large bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom & fully equipped kitchen. Parking right beside the unit. The laundry facilities are outside. If you like total privacy you won’t be disturbed, but saying this we do have 2 boys (6&10) and a dog, Millie

The Dragonfly's Nest

Enjoy this bush block and the nearby nature reserves, listen to the cockatoos amongst the gum trees or the odd duck on the dam. Fall asleep to the frog song and wake to the kookaburra calls. Take a torch out and look for the many possums and quendas amongst some of the old ruins. This charming getaway is close to the city but has the benefits of being in the bush. There is a picnic basket and rug available for your convenience. Note: There is some road noise at peak periods if windows open.

Refuel and Relax in a comfortable guest quaters. It is under one roof, but seperated by a door. It is Private and comfortable. Ideal for short stays or for a week away on holiday. Great comfortable beds. Lovely garden with a putting green to practise a few shots on. During your stay the patio will be yours exclusively. There are 3 bedrooms and it can host up to 5 people. We cater for Families and friends. Please note this is not a place to host parties or gatherings. strictly not allowed.
