The spacious living room, with its cozy corner sofa, is perfect for evening gatherings. For added convenience, there is also a full bathroom on this floor. The Upper Floor - Upstairs, you will find 3 stylish bedrooms offering beautiful views. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate 8 guests in total. A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Bonus Areas & Parking - On the lower level in front of the house, there is a dedicated play and relaxation zone finished with artificial grass, perfect for children or sunbathing. Secure private parking for 2 cars is available at the back of the property (there is plenty of public parking space avaliable within 1 min of walk)

Apartman se nalazi u potkrovlju kuće, sastoji se od dnevnog boravka sa kuhinjom, kupaonicom, spavaćom sobom i terasom koja ima panoramski pogled na zaljev, Karinsko more, kanjon rijeke Zrmanje i prekrasni Velebit. U sklopu objekta je parking i sjenica sa roštiljem gdje se možete lijepo zabaviti. U sklopu sjenice je i prostorija sa perilicom rublja koja je na raspolaganju. Upperfloor with beautiful view!

Upper floor with 2 bedrooms 1 queen size bed and 2 singular beds,bedsofa for 2, bathroom and a small kitchen with a living room. Beautiful view in the balcony and only 3-4 minutes walking distance to a nice beach. Very friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Allround it’s a nice and tidy place to relax and everything close to a walking distance. Perfect for a family that’s just want to relax and don’t have to do anything. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. There is a staircase to the upper floor.
