Our Seaside cottage must be very high up for the best views in Cape Town. The place is simple, sweet& cozy but with BBQ & veranda for summer. Endless ocean views (whales and dolphins in winter), always a cooling breeze in summer (or the famous South Easter). The cottage is perfectly located so you can escape the hustle but at the same time are close enough to all attractions that Cape Town has to offer! Cape Point Mountain Getaway - Stone Cottage

This is one of Cape Town's environmental and historic treasures. It is a candle-lit hideaway with stunning views of mountain and sea. The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

Protea Beach Cottage is a 3 min walk to the beach, with no main roads to cross, so ideal for families with small children. Sandy beach with some rocks but can swim at high tide. Wi-Fi. Smart TV with Netflix. DVD player with movies. 7 min walk to Harbour Island with Ocean Basket & Antonios, for great pizza. 13min walk across dunes into GB with shops & restaurants inc Spur right on the beach. For larger groups you can book Lente Cottage (3 doors down) & Protea Cottage together for 12 guests.

The Roundhouse 1 hour from Cape Town airport, nestled in between fynbos and below the mountain. With 180 degrees views of mountain and sea, it is a stage set for tranquility, to unwind and experience the beauty of the area. The beach and a quaint village close by, offers everything you need. There are amazing walks. The area has the most beautiful coastline in the Western cape and also boasts with the richest floral kingdom in the world. Perfect for remote working with ± 30 MBPS Wi-Fi.

Amakhaya by the sea is an entire self contained cottage with its own garden overlooking the shores of False Bay, with picturesque views, whales, penguins & seals it is the perfect place to unwind. Close by are the world renowned Boulder's Beach penguin colony; mountain climbing behind the cottage, access to deep sea fishing, diving and kayaking at Simon's Town Waterfront & Harbor; as well as scenic Cape Point Nature Reserve. Quaint coffee shops & restaurants line the streets.

Heidi's Barn, Franschhoek

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.

Under milkwoods

This house is built directly above a secluded beach in Gordon's Bay. It has five majestic milkwood trees and an indigenous garden. The sea is often calm and the sandy beach is suitable for children. There are rock pools and cormorants and seals in the bay. The harbour and the village are within walking distance. The house sleeps four people, but only one bedroom is fully enclosed; the rest of the house is open plan. Louise will be there to welcome you on your arrival.

Sugarland Cottage, Central Stellenbosch

The popular Sugarland Cottage is walking distance from town and close to loads of coffee shops and wine bars. NO need for a car.
