The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

A nice place to relax. Separate entrance, whole upstairs to yourself, no sharing spaces. Very private, comfortable and affordable. Your very own private deck. Large bedroom with large bathroom. Into the macabre? Stay on the campus of what once was the largest mental asylum in the world. Stay in a fully renovated craftsman, 1920's cottage situated on the corner of a large pecan grove, across from the Central State Hospital infirmary. Walking, driving or trolly tours are available to learn all about the history of one of the nation's oldest and largest institutions for the mentally ill. Note: Buildings are closed to the public. There are no tours inside buildings.

Our tiny cabin is on a secluded, wooded 20 acre homestead in a very rural area. It's a quiet place where everyone is welcome. There is almost no light pollution here; on a clear night you'll have an amazing view of the stars. The cabin has internet and a smart TV. We're one mile from downtown Irwinton's gas station, local diner, small local market, and Dollar General. Dublin, Macon, Milledgeville, I-75 and I-16 are all about a 30 minute easy drive with little traffic.

Hardware Loft Shannon Building

Loft above a bustling small town hardware store. The Shannon Building was built as a warehouse in 1920. Then converted into offices upstairs and furniture store downstairs in the 1940's. This one of a kind loft apartment is renovated from the 1950's lawyer's office of JD Shannon. Located right in Jeffersonville, 25 minutes from Macon, 25 minutes from Robbins Air Force Base, 35 minutes from Dublin, it's the affordable and stylish location for your stay!

This cute red barn has been turned into a cozy guest cabin nestled in the woods. A spacious 750 sq. feet, 1 queen bedroom, 1 bathroom and a full size pullout sofa bed. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood in North Macon close to several restaurants and shops. You will only be a 12 minute drive to a thriving downtown, where you will find music, restaurants, and breweries. Just 2 miles from Wesleyan College and 4 miles from Mercer University.
