It is surrounded by lush gardens, bird life and serenity. You'll have everything you need to relax, unwind, rest and absorb the Byron Hinterlands and surrounds. It's located in a quiet but central location close to Alstonville, Ballina, Newrybar, Lennox head, and Byron Bay. Our closest beach is Lennox Head and is 10 mins away.

Guests enjoy private access to twin bathtubs & comfy undercover daybeds + outdoor shower, rustic camp kitchen & fire pit. We've taken care of the details so that you can unplug, unwind & be nourished in a private bush retreat. Large quite private room with ensuite and walk in robe, plus outdoor area. Attached to the main house, you have your own entrance, and space. Located next to a large shopping complex and only down the road from Southern Cross University. Centrally located to Lismore 5 mins, Ballina and Lennox 20 mins and Bryon 40 mins away. Come and explore the beautiful environs of the Northern Rivers. Pets are welcome, just check with me first before booking. However, they are not allowed inside the room.

Frida's Field Cottage

Located on an idyllic 120-acre farm with uninterrupted views of rolling green hills. It's the perfect base to explore the Byron Bay hinterland - Bangalow is just 10-minutes drive away, Byron Bay a further 10-minutes on, and all the most popular destinations are within 25-minutes. The Cottage is a renovated 1890s coach house that is beautifully appointed, combining rustic charm with quality finishes. Be sure to check out the new restaurant Frida's Field that is opening on the same property.

The Barn Rosebank - The Hills in Byron Hinterland

The Barn is a private space tucked away on 100 acres of rolling hills, rainforest, and macadamia orchards well away from the main house, with stunning views of the foothills of the Nightcap Range. A perfect spot to unwind, with peaceful walks to a secluded swimming hole and waterfall. You’ll share the land with wallabies, echidnas, donkeys, goats, a cow, 3 calves and our friendly green frog, Frankie. A short drive to Clunes, Federal, and Bangalow, it’s a quiet escape to rest and recharge.

Crane Cottage - a cute and private studio

The studio is located at the rear of the main house and faces away from it so is quiet and private. There is rear lane entry and covered parking for your vehicle. Amenities include: wifi; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; separate bathroom; tv and dvd player; air conditioning; and a ‘5 star’ king size bed (super comfy!). Basics such as teabags, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided. There is a SPAR supermarket, bottle shop, post office and laundromat 200 metres away.

Tranquil in Alstonville (self-contained house)

Self-contained granny flat located in Alstonville. Only 10 mins from Ballina, 15 mins from Lennox Head, 20 mins from Lismore & 25 mins from Byron Bay. Alstonville is a great base to explore the area. The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and zip-apart single beds in the other which can be converted into a king bed (please let us know your preferred bedding at time of booking). It also has its own driveway access offering secure off street parking. No Schoolies allowed

Conveniently located near Byron Bay's beaches, Mullumbimby, Brunswick Heads, Bangalow, and Minyon Falls, the Cabin is secluded enough to let you unwind and avoid the crowds. Enjoy a luxurious stay with a heated sunken outdoor bath, where you can soak in breath-taking rainforest views.
