Se encuentra en la parte trasera de las Villas 1 y 2 y, en sus inmediaciones, se encuentra la gran piscina comunitaria. En el interior, los espacios de vida luminosos y ventosos están diseñados para la tranquilidad y la relajación. La sala de estar y el comedor abiertos conducen a un patio con vista a la piscina y al entorno natural, ideal para tomar un café por la mañana o para tomar una puesta de sol por la noche. El dormitorio principal está en el nivel superior y cuenta con un balcón privado. También en el nivel superior hay dos dormitorios espaciosos adicionales con amplio espacio de almacenamiento.
