The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Enjoy our landscaped garden with pool, hot tub, pergola, BBQ, and firepit. 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, 10 from UCSB, and 5 from the nearest beach (there are several to choose from within 20 minutes). The Sandpiper golf course and Bacara resort are minutes away. Off-street parking at the end of a cul-de-sac.

Cute and Cozy Eastside Getaway

This is a totally private studio, 1 bath apartment attached to the back of my house. I’ve installed soundproofing material between the shared wall, so go crazy! Well, not too crazy ;) The apartment space is super cozy and comfortable. The bed back there is actually more comfortable than mine so I'm jealous and you're welcome. AND you have full use of the backyard, including the firepit area and hot tub.
