Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

The Bradford

Have fun with the whole family and your furry friends at this stylish pet friendly place. Located 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara. The Bradford comfortably sleeps 8. The backyard is made for entertainment as well as games. The full kitchen is stocked with all you need for family dinner or just a romantic dinner for two. It is simply appointed with a "cabin" feel. It is perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen, and tiny living room. Very comfy beds, even sofabed, safe quiet neighborhood. One cal king bed in br+ sofabed in LR. Peaceful serene patio. Perfect for 2, ok for 3. BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.
