Die Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich direkt am Mondsee mit malerischen Blick auf den Schafberg. In unmittelbarer Nähe(ca.200bis300m)nur durch die Uferstraße getrennt, befinden sich zwei öffentliche Bademöglichkeiten,die zu Fuß oder mit den Fahrrad zu erreichen sind. Das öffentliche Strandbad Loibichl ist ungefähr 3 km und das Ortszentrum Mondsee 8km entfernt. Die Festspielstadt Salzburg ist mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Berge und Umgebung laden zum Wandern und Biken ein.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, über Waschtrockner, Geschirrspüler, Gasgrill bis zum Mixstab, Sauna..Steyrling liegt in einem ruhigen Tal und ist von Bergen umgeben. Zum Stausee 5 Autominuten. Der Fluss Steyrling fließt direkt unter dem Haus vorbei. Im Sommer, bei Niedrigwasser gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und Möglichkeiten sich zu erfrischen+ Wasserfall. Gasthaus und Dorfladen 5 min fußläufig erreichbar.

Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Zentrum von Steyr nur ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und der Stadtkern mit der wunderschönen Altstadt ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort findet man mehrere tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Eisläden... Die Wohnung hat 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer und befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrparteienhauses. Zusätzlich ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Pelletsofen vorhanden.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. Romantische kleine Hütte gleich am Waldrand mit hauseigenen Schafen. Österreich Feeling PUR! Komme mit einer ganzen Gruppe oder zu zweit und genieße die Stille. Wir verzichten absichtlich auf Wlan Fernseher und Co. Am großen Schotterparkplatz vor der Hütte könnt ihr ein Lagerfeuer machen und mit unserem Dreibein mit Grillrost grillen. Schlafe danach bei beruhigendem Bachrauschen ein.
