In the first house, there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. In the second house, there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, along with one bathroom and an additional WC.

Newly built villa in Koprivno, a small village only 15 minutes away from the center of Split and ferry port if you want to visit the beautiful Dalmatian islands. The A1 motorway is only 3 kilometers away, so you can take a trip to Šibenik (Krka), Zadar, Plitvice lakes, Makarska, Dubrovnik easily. The airport is 30 minutes away. The historical locations of Salona or Klis are only a few minutes away.

Villa Iva is a private holiday home located in a peaceful rural setting in Trilj. The property consists of two fully equipped apartments on the second floor, rented together to one group only, ensuring privacy and exclusive use of the pool and guest facilities. There is one additional apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance used by the owners. Access to the upper floor is via a shared staircase. The owners do not use the pool or any guest facilities.
