Large GR/DR, eat/n/kit. The "Cottage" is adjacent to the "Bungalow", also listed on this site. The Bungalow is a 1BR, full kitchen apartment. If you need more space please book both properties. Sorry, no pets allowed or parties. Maximum occupancy is six people. $20 fee per person/per day over four people

Renovated in 2022, the cabin is comfy but you can expect creaky floors, original woodwork, and a few quirks that come with age. The cabin is authentic, and thoughtfully kept. You will have TV, wifi, central heat, air conditioning but expect to hear the water pump run and there is no dishwasher.

This small, 1 room, new tiny house called “The Lite House” is decorated shabby chic and located in a beautiful wooded setting facing a cove at a marina with views of the water on the Ohio River. Catch beautiful sunrises here. There are shared places on the property guests can use while staying, a covered shelter with grills, supplies, tables, chairs, fire pit, side walks. Welcome to Verona Kentucky. We call this farm house "Mary's Place". Located just 19 miles from Noah's Ark and 29 miles south of The Creation Museum on 40 acres. Mary's Place allows for a quiet and private retreat right in between all that Cincinnati has to offer or Louisville, Kentucky. There are many great little restaurants and if you make a right out of the driveway you'll find yourself driving along the Ohio River. Explore Kentucky or stay in and relax. So much room to stretch out.

The Cabin

As you walk in, The Cabin wraps it's arms around you and says " Welcome home." You can feel the stress leave you as you settle in for your stay at this scenic cabin on 9.8 wooded acres. Fully furnished, spacious 1 room cabin with stone wood burning fireplace, equipped kitchen, bath with shower and twin over queen bunk bed. Refresh your mind & soul on the covered back porch overlooking the mature woods. Enjoy watching the abundant wildlife, including turkeys, deer, chipmunks and squirrels.

Enjoy this new, peaceful dwelling with space for everyone. Sit on the covered porch taking in the hillside view or watch goats and sheep romp around the farm. (even help feed them, if you'd like) You can take a guided tour and be greeted by all the animals during the day and do a little star gazing at night. We are a 50 acre working farm that practices sustainable agriculture, raising the best meats in humane ways. You can grill some to try for yourselves or make smores at the firepit.

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.
